App Cockpit

In 2025, I led the full design of the Cockpit app's home screen, a platform used by car dealership teams across Brazil. I was responsible for the entire process, from research and wireframes to prototyping and handoff, bringing CRM, inventory, and financial data into a single, clear view. A home built to simplify the day-to-day of every salesperson.

Architecture

Less complexity.

More control.

Undestanding

Pain Points

01

Visibility

Users feel the app lacks a true home base. The home screen needs to be the starting point for everything.

02

Practicality

Accessing key information directly from the home reduces friction and speeds up the salesperson's daily routine.

03

Interaction

Static components don't engage. Interactive elements increase engagement and make lead and vehicle evaluation more complete.

04

Personalization

A one-size-fits-all experience reduces relevance. Every salesperson has different needs.

Discovery

Designed for real people.

In the real world.

During the discovery phase, I conducted in-person card sorting sessions with dealership teams. Because my users have little familiarity with technology, bringing the research to them, physically, was the most effective way to truly understand how they organize information in their day-to-day work.
